Top 10 Lunar New Year Goodies and how to survive them

Happy Lunar New Year to all of you. It is the time of the year for the Chinese to celebrate and welcome the year of the goat. The celebration doesn't just end after a day or two, it last over 15 days. So how do you survive the 15 days feasting without being unhealthy and gaining weight?

So I did a quick search for the nutrition value of the top 10 New Year goodies:
